Old Boys Network
I don't want to say that Brad Ausmus and Darin Erstad are old, but after they hit dingers off of Pedro Feliciano in the tenth on Sunday I could swear that I saw Bea Arthur grabbing a bat in the dugout mouthing the words "I want hacks ... I want haaaaaacks!!!"
Of course, it would have never come down to the tenth inning had the Mets not continued their Roy Orbison impression (years between hits).

God is gonna get you for that, Ausmus.
I totally concur with the All Dodgers hate list.
Thanks for all the help guys.
Broxton, Blake and Manny all tie for first on my hate list. Bases loaded, no one out in the 10th and Blake hits into a 3rd to home double play? Mets should have gotten him - he would have fit right in. And Manny? How about running a bit! Or get into a run down!
Feliciano comes in a close second. He's been bad this year in my opinion - too many walks, too many big homers.
Can somebody tell me when they passed a rule that the Mets must go double digit stretches in every game without getting a baserunner?
Thanks for explaining the Roy Orbison joke as I would have lost sleep wondering if they were Crying or Running Scared. Funny stuff.
