Can someone explain why Rick Peterson is not getting any blame in all this? I really think that one of the reasons the offense is struggling is because they know that no lead is safe, between starters who barely go 6 and relievers prone to giving up HRs.

I understand you cannot fire the whole team and the manager takes the fall, but I can't see Willie and/or Rick Peterson being Public Enemy #1
